We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in various SEN schools across Hull. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) students, either in educational settings or in similar roles such as care and support work.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide support to SEN students in their educational and personal development.
  • Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and support students in achieving their learning goals.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere for students with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with SEN students, either in schools or in roles such as care and support work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
