Sales Engineer Building Automation Solutions

You'll work directly with clients, architects and contractors to design and deliver bespoke automation solutions that improve comfort, efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients in commercial real estate, healthcare, data centres and other key sectors.
  • Identifying opportunities to implement advanced control and automation systems.
  • Working closely with technical teams to translate client needs into innovative, high-value solutions.
  • Driving sales from initial enquiry through to project delivery.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in building automation, BMS, HVAC controls or related technical sales.
  • Strong technical background combined with commercial acumen.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Norwegian or English language proficiency (both ideal).
