What You'll Be Owning:?? Account Leadership - Manage your own portfolio of customers, ensuring seamless service delivery from start to finish.?? Operational Oversight - Keep everything running smoothly and on target with SLAs and KPIs.?? Performance Tracking - Monitor and report on account metrics, making data-driven decisions.?? Top-Tier Communication - Work hand-in-hand with CRM and warehouse teams. You'll be the bridge that keeps everyone connected.?? First-Line Support - Handle queries to a high standard, and know when to escalate.?? Invoicing Accuracy - Keep billing on point and on time.?? Relationship Building - Be the friendly face and trusted contact your clients can rely on.
