Warehouse Manager

Fast-growing, successful responsive, and hard-working business seeks a friendly and reliable Warehouse And Works Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Who wants to be the person we can rely on to deliver quality and excellence to our clients.
• Can think for themselves and work independently while contributing to the team.
• Has a proven track record of successful teamwork and demonstrates initiative.
• Ideally has experience in fabrication (advantageous).
• Has forklift truck experience or certification .
• Holds a valid drivers license (Ideally being clean).

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM5 PM (with occasional early starts, late finishes, or altered hours to meet business needs).

Key Responsibilities of the team:

• Keeping warehouse in safe a professional environment.
• Picking orders and loading/unloading 3.5T vans and HGVs.
• Using the forklift to load/unload HGVs and company vehicles.
• Stocking and maintaining the warehouse with various products.
• Checking stock into the warehouse.
• Lite fabricating of products.
• Making timely deliveries in company vehicles to areas such as Slough, Birmingham, London, and locally.
• Liaising with site teams to arrange delivery points.
• Checking materials collected and delivered.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and tidy.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with leading warehouse processes.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to perform lifting, packing, and other physical tasks.
• Experience with van driving.
• Must undertake a DBS Check
