This position is for senior Process Engineers to lead manufacturing development at a cutting-edge facility for a global digital technologies manufacturer.
Candidates should have a background in process engineering with a degree in engineering or physics, along with experience in manufacturing development and process optimization.
The role requires leadership qualities to mentor team members and influence decision-making, as well as familiarity with failure analysis and statistical tools.
Desirable skills include experience with MEMS fabrications, semiconductors, and proficiency in CAD systems and software such as Python or MATLAB.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview:

Reporting into Head of NPI and working alongside a team of process and equipment engineers and supervisors/Team Leaders
Lead development, optimisation and support of advanced manufacturing processes
Accountable for sustaining current production lines and NPI, driving continuous improvement

What are we looking for?

A process engineering background with an understanding of manufacturing development and process optimization
Qualifications: a degree in engineering or physics. Good understanding of failure analysis and statistical tools.
Personality: leader who can mentor and influence decision making. Someone who can show initiative and creativity
Desirable: MEMS fabrications and semiconductor experience. Use of CAD systems and Software (Python/MATLAB)
