Role Overview:
  • Reporting into Head of NPI and working alongside a team of process and equipment engineers and supervisors/Team Leaders
  • Lead development, optimisation and support of advanced manufacturing processes
  • Accountable for sustaining current production lines and NPI, driving continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
  • A process engineering background with an understanding of manufacturing development and process optimization
  • Qualifications: a degree in engineering or physics. Good understanding of failure analysis and statistical tools.
  • Personality: leader who can mentor and influence decision making. Someone who can show initiative and creativity
  • Desirable: MEMS fabrications and semiconductor experience. Use of CAD systems and Software (Python/MATLAB)
