This is a proper regional business development role. You're not inheriting a cushy patch, you're out there building the pipeline, closing deals, and helping shape future commercial strategy. It's consultative, solution-focused, and relationship-driven.

With a large global presence and over a billion in revenue last year, they're still expanding rapidly, and they need someone who knows how to open doors, build solid customer portfolios, and keep revenue climbing. Which means they have your back at every level.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building and executing a regional sales strategy that aligns with wider company objectives.

  • Booking and attending regular face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to showcase the product range.

  • Identifying new market opportunities, analysing competitor moves, and keeping ahead of trends.

  • Working directly with customers through the full project lifecycle from first contact to delivery.

  • Driving customer expansion and retention, backed by data and proper reporting.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently.

  • Representing the company at trade events to boost brand visibility and generate leads.

What You'll Bring

  • Clear communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Full UK driving licence.
