Support Services Technician

Location: Huntingdon

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time with possibility to permanent

Are you organised, detail-focused, and great with people? We’re looking for a Laboratory Support & Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy scientific team providing first-class administrative and customer support for a well-established laboratory service.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Provide accurate analytical reporting and customer documentation
  • Handle service requests, data entry, and internal/external queries
  • Support invoice generation for commercial clients
  • Maintain key databases and quality records
  • Assist with general admin, safety checks, and reception cover

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience handling queries via phone and email professionally
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Competent in general office administration
  • A Level or equivalent qualification (science background beneficial)
