Support Services Technician
Location:Â Huntingdon
Job Type:Â Temporary, Full-Time with possibility to permanent
Are you organised, detail-focused, and great with people? We’re looking for a Laboratory Support & Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy scientific team providing first-class administrative and customer support for a well-established laboratory service.
What You’ll be doing:
- Provide accurate analytical reporting and customer documentation
- Handle service requests, data entry, and internal/external queries
- Support invoice generation for commercial clients
- Maintain key databases and quality records
- Assist with general admin, safety checks, and reception cover
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience handling queries via phone and email professionally
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Competent in general office administration
- A Level or equivalent qualification (science background beneficial)
