About the Role:
Join a growing and dynamic team as a Junior Maintenance Technician, where you'll be responsible for maintaining key equipment and supporting day-to-day operations. Who We're Looking For:
- A junior-level candidate with an interest in maintenance and a strong desire to learn.
- Previous experience with welding, pipe repairs, or basic electrical work is a plus but not required.
- A hands-on, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Key Equipment: Assist with the maintenance of critical systems, including gas boilers and engines.
- General Maintenance: Support the upkeep of the facility and general infrastructure.
- Hands-On Work: Perform basic electrical tasks, welding, and pipe repairs.
- Facility Support: Ensure all buildings and infrastructure are kept in good condition.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of 25,000 - 30,000 per year.

- Five-day workweek, with working hours from 08:00 - 16:00 in winter and 05:00 - 14:00 in summer.
- Weekend cover may be required occasionally, with the rest of the team working Monday to Friday.
