Main duties:To process orders efficiently from receipt of the order to its delivery.
The role:- Handling sales orders and any necessary paperwork- Ensuring that customers receive the correct prices, and good delivered to the correct address- Liaising with the Warehouse team and Purchasing team in regards to stock- Ensuring best shipment methods for the best value by discussing with freight couriers - Keep customers updated throughout by providing tracking numbers, invoices etc.
The candidate:- Fluent in a European language (written and spoken) - Previous admin experience - Good telephone manner and communication skills - Self-motivated and eager to learn- IT literate
Salary: Up to £23,500 depending on experience and great benefits
