Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer passionate about creating transformative technology in advanced manufacturing?

This role involves the design and delivery of technically complex hardware - with applications in precision automation, electro-mechanical, and advanced manufacturing, from early-stage R&D through to scalable production.

You’ll join a talented, multidisciplinary team working at the cutting edge of innovation, delivering robust mechanical solutions that integrate into larger, system-level platforms.

The Role:+ Design & deliver complex mechanical subsystems within integrated platforms+ Full product development cycle - concept generation, detailed design & design for manufacture+ Conduct hands-on prototyping and testing+ Work in highly skilled multidisciplinary engineering teams+ Project leadership - lead projects, mentor & technically guide engineersRequirements:+ Background in developing electro-mechanical systems+ Strong 3D CAD skills+ Proven experience in developing new products & precision mechanisms+ Knowledge of a range of manufacturing techniques+ Hands on and practical skills - prototyping & testing+ Industry experience in machinery, medical, consumer & energy is advantageous
