Randstad Education is seeking passionate and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers for ongoing opportunities in our partner schools in and around the Ramsey area. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver inspiring lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
- Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your pupils.
- Assess, track, and support student progress, helping them achieve their best.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain effective classroom management, fostering respect and responsibility.
- Communicate with parents and carers about student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum, including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1), and Key Stage Two (KS2).
- A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- A willingness to adapt to different teaching environments.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
