Job Duties:
  • Provide support to individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities
  • Assist clients with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
  • Encourage and promote independence and social inclusion
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Valid DBS check
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver with access to a vechicle
Education:

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of safeguarding principles
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to provide emotional support and empathy
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
