Job Title: Traffic Marshall (Veterans Only)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a disciplined and reliable Traffic Marshall to join our site operations in Hythe. This long-term role is exclusively open to Armed Forces Veterans, offering the opportunity to bring your skills, focus, and experience to a key site safety role.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage traffic movement on and around the construction site
- Ensure the safe passage of vehicles and pedestrians
- Coordinate deliveries and liaise with site teams
- Maintain clear and safe access routes
- Uphold high standards of health and safety at all times
Requirements:
- Must be a Veteran of the British Armed Forces
- Valid Traffic Marshall (Banksman) certification
- CSCS card
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain alert and proactive in a busy environment
