Days required: Monday - Wednesday, working 9am - 5.30pm (you must be flexible to cover sickness and holidays on a Thursday and Friday)
Duration: Until September, potentially longer
Pay rate: 14 per hour
Location: South Cambs
Your duties:
- Being first point of contact for calls and visitors
- Organising visitor badges
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Organising refreshments and ordering lunch
- Purchasing and distribution stock
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting with admin of new starters/leaver
- Plus more
Your skills/experience:
- Previous admin experience and preferably call answering/screening
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
