Duties

Clean communal areas: hallways, staircases, lobbies, elevators.

Empty bins and manage waste disposal.

Remove graffiti or spills as needed.

Ensure outdoor areas are tidy (e.g., sweeping paths, clearing leaves)

Conduct routine checks of the building structure and systems.

Check for leaks, wear and tear, or damage.

Maintain a log of inspections and repairs

Ensure fire exits are clear and fire safety equipment is functional.

Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

Use and store cleaning and maintenance materials safely.
