We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. Youll take ownership of your section and help deliver fresh, seasonal dishes that meet the highest culinary standards.
Youll work alongside an experienced chef, bringing energy, creativity, and precision to every service. Your duties will include.
- To assist as directed with all aspects of food service preparation and presentation
- To serve customers in the appropriate manner
- To ensure that the meals and services comply with the agreed budgetary standard and cost.
- To ensure your immediate working area is clean and tidy at all times
- To undertake all aspects in cleaning equipment, walls, fixtures and fittings, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware etc according to cleaning rotas or as required and directed
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to progress and also possess the following qualities
- A food-first mindset with attention to quality, taste, and presentation
- Excellent hygiene knowledge and a sharp eye for detail
- A team-focused attitude with a positive, can-do approach
- COSHH and Manual handling
