We are looking for a talented and reliable Sous Chef to join the team at a football training ground, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals for players, coaches, and staff. This is a Monday to Friday role, offering a great work-life balance with no late nights.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation and service.
Support with menu planning tailored to players dietary needs.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
Oversee stock rotation and assist with ordering.
Lead and motivate junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
Background in contract catering, sports nutrition, or high-volume service beneficial.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Passion for producing healthy, balanced dishes.
