Were looking for a talentedSous Chefto support the Head Chef in delivering an outstanding food experience that complements the extensive wine list in this well known wine bar/restaurant.
You should have experience as a Sous or Junior Sous level in a high end steak house or fresh food casual dining restaurant with a genuine passion for working with sustainable produce, low waste and seasonal ingredients.
You will work 48 hours a week over 5 days. They generally dont work overtime.
As the restaruant is busiest during the week, you will have regular weekends off.
