The ideal candidate should have experience as a Sous Chef or be a Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie looking to advance.

We are a beautiful, well-organized 30 cover restaurant with an open kitchen and looking for aSous Chef.

The team is small, and the Sous Chef is expected to be highly involved in the daily operations, prep and service.

For the rolewe are considering either an experiencedSous Chefor aChef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partiewanting to move up and progress.

We are serving Mediterranean cuisine and only use premium, fresh, raw ingredients, carefully prepared and presented.

The Sous Chef will receive:
