As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and public-health (MEP) works across complex residential, mixed-use, and high-specification projects. You will run projects across London and surrounding areas, working closely with design, estimating, and prefabrication teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Your role will include:

Develop and maintain project plans; coordinate with design, engineering, and prefabrication teams to ensure smooth MEP delivery.

Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and control financial variations.

Ensure all installations comply with H&S regulations and quality standards, managing inspections, testing, and commissioning.

Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.

Identify and mitigate project risks, manage change control, and maintain robust reporting and project documentation.
You will need:

Full UK driving licence

Strong technical understanding of mechanical and MEP systems (e.g., HVAC, plantroom equipment, service risers)

Mechanical or Building Services Engineering qualification (or equivalent)

Proven experience managing MEP projects in London / South East

Willingness to travel to sites across the region and occasionally nationwide as required
