The Role:

Design and lead delivery of carbon reduction projects and the energy retrofit programme within associated budgets.
Help organisation achieve Government's target EPC Band C for all homes by 2030
Act as a central resource for energy related queries
Assist in providing, monitoring and addressing management & performance information, service delivery and contract compliance perspective

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage programme to improve energy efficiency of housing stock ensuring quality installations, linkage to other programme of works, delivering a good customer experience and achieving value for money
Monitor completions and satisfaction levels for works delivered and analyse and present carbon and carbon savings
To prepare works specifications, issue appropriate orders
To carry out pre and post inspections
To provide technical and specialist support to the Operations Department
Engage and partner with internal and external stakeholders to create, and develop key opportunities for collaboration for specific carbon reduction schemes

Experience Required:

ONC Building Studies and/or be able to demonstrate significant previous surveying experience
