About the Role:
As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, youll support students with varying levels of ability in and out of the classroom. Youll work closely with teachers, helping to deliver engaging lessons and run targeted numeracy interventions to raise pupil achievement.


Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Maths lessons across Key Stages 2-4 (and potentially KS5)
Work one-on-one or with small groups to support students who need extra help
Provide additional support to pupils with SEN or EAL
Help plan and lead Maths-focused activities or booster sessions
Support teachers with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and pupil progress tracking


Ideal Candidate:
A recent Maths graduate (2:2 or above)
Strong academic background and clear communication skills
A genuine interest in education and working with young people
Positive, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
