Unity Education is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive and friendly Nursery in Redbridge, on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join as the nursery is expanding and opportunities for progression will be available.

 

Key Responsibilities – Nursery Practitioner

 

  • As the new Nursery practitioner, you will be required to help plan and deliver engaging learning activities, catering to the abilities of the students
  • Create a safe, nurturing and positive environment
  • Maintain smooth daily routines, encouraging positive play, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
  • Be an effective key person
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery

 

Key Requirements – Nursery Practitioner

 

  • The successful Nursery practitioner will hold the relevant qualifications in Early Years
  • Hold a Level 3 in Early Years (CACHE or Equivalent)
  • Prior experience working in a Nursery setting
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development
  • Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
    Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
