1. Conduct reviews under S202 of the Housing Act 1996 on all matters including suitability of all forms of accommodation and matters relating to ending of the main duty due to refusal of temporary accommodation, part 6 or private rented accommodation or acceptance of part 6 or private rented accommodation.

2. ?Conduct allocations (registrations) reviews under S166A of the Housing Act 1996.

Proven job history of being employed as a reviews officer carrying out Part 7 and Part 6 reviews. If they have evidence of cases that have gone to court would be an advantage.

Full remote working. They MUST have experience of carrying out S202 homeless reviews. They must have a comprehensive knowledge of Part 7 Housing Act 1996 and associated case law and legislation. Experience of doing allocations reviews would be desirable but not essential.
