An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bar Manager to join their flagship restaurantat their Canary Wharf location.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Bar Manager with strong leadership skills, a passion for service, and experience operating in high-volume, premium casual environments.
The Role- Lead and manage the bar operation within a busy Canary Wharf venue
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing bar team
- Maintain exceptional service standards during high-volume trading periods
- Manage stock, margins, rotas, and compliance
- Work closely with senior management to drive bar performance and guest experience
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager ready to step up
- Background in high-volume bars, premium casual dining, or late-night hospitality
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach
- Commercially aware with good stock and cost control
- Confident managing busy services and large teams
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
