We are now looking for a talented and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar team and help define the next chapter of our story.
The Role Bar ManagerAs Bar Manager, youll take full ownership of the bar and its operations. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, create a unique and innovative cocktail offering, and work closely with senior management to ensure the beverage program complements the restaurants culinary vision.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Develop an exciting and balanced cocktail list that showcases both Italian and Japanese influences.
Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing bar team.
Collaborate with the General Manager and Head Chef on pairings, promotions, and seasonal menus.
Manage stock levels, gross profit, waste, and licensing compliance.
Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a premium or semi fine dining environment.
Strong cocktail and mixology background, with creative flair and precision.
Knowledge of sake, vermouths, Japanese and Italian spirits, and wine is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Calm, professional, and energetic personality.
