2 rosette award winning Hackney foodie operation busy with local neighbourhood for dining and eventson the Hackney waterside - seasonal and sustainable menus and homegrown produce grown in the gardens

Open for dinner on Wednesdays/ Thursdays/Fridays /Sat/ Sunday

Proven track record within a comparable business at Restaurant Manager/Assistant managerlevel looking for step up

Approachablemanagement style with ability to deliver consistency & delegate effectively .

Dynamic foodie

You will be responsible for leading a small team in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Hands on smooth running of service, friendly customer facing,

Excellent customer service & food and wine knowledge.

Passion for the food and drinkindustry with service orientated, hands on work ethic Genuine intention to offer long term commitment & excellent employment references

Salary & Benefits:

38- 45 k per annum - guaranteed tronc as part of package
