Reeson Education is looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in inclusive primary schools across Waltham Forest. This role is perfect for an SEN Teaching Assistant who enjoys working 1:1 and in small groups with children who have autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language needs.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll help children access learning, build confidence, and make progress both socially and academically. Schools in Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford are particularly keen to welcome dedicated support staff who can start ASAP or from September 2025.
SEN Teaching Assistant - Role Overview:
Daily rate: 82.14 - 100 depending on experience
Full-time, term-time only role
1:1 and small group SEN support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Opportunities to develop SEN skills with support from SENCOs and teachers
Ideal Candidate:
Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a SEN support role
Patient, resilient, and enthusiastic about supporting children
A proactive approach to classroom support and behaviour management
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
