SEN Teaching Assistant

Pay: 95 - 110 per day
Contract: Full-time or part-time (up to 5 days per week)
Location: Redbridge, East London

A warm and inclusive SEN school in Redbridge is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is caring, patient, and eager to make a positive impact on students' lives.

• Work with children and young people with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, and SEMH)

• Provide 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroom

• Assist with learning activities, behaviour support, and personal care where required

• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet each student's individual needs

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care setting experience desirable)

• A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passionate about inclusion and helping every child reach their potential

• Open to graduates or experienced support staff alike
