Reeson Education is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of inclusive primary schools across Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and patient SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping children with special educational needs (SEN) reach their full potential.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support pupils with autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Each day will bring a new challenge and the chance to make a real difference in a child's education.
SEN Teaching Assistant - Role Details:
Daily rate: 82.14 - 100 (depending on experience)
Full-time or flexible working options available
Immediate start in schools across Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford
Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils requiring additional support
Ideal Candidate for the SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting SEN pupils
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support
Good understanding of autism, ADHD, and other learning needs
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
