We are currently working with a Manufacturing company in Ilkeston who are looking to recruit a Operations Administrator to their team. Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the system is kept up to date, logging and processing all jobs and dealing with customer queries.
Applicants will ideally be from an administration background and have strong customer service and IT skills and be able to work to strict deadlines. This role is a full time permanent role and is fully office based.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all jobs are loaded onto the system on the agreed planning day.
- Processing of tickets
- Regular communication with transport staff to book in new jobs
- Understand customer/supplier specific requirements
- Adhere to internal procedures regarding on stop accounts and accounts exceeding credit limits
- Audit of Actual versus planned profitability.
- Query Resolution
- Cover for Sales & Operations Manager
This role is working with a lovely team environment and requires someone who is a team player. Working hours are 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on the Friday. Please submit your Cv for immediate consideration.
