The company is forecasting a 50% growth following recent acquisitions and is entering an exciting new phase of transformation.
Key responsibilities of the role include preparing and consolidating monthly accounts, leading cash flow forecasting, and supporting the design of a centralized finance function.
The position requires candidates to have relevant experience, ideally with a background in finance management and post-acquisition integration.
The salary for this role ranges from £50,000 to £60,000, plus a bonus of approximately £5,000.

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing privately owned group, with turnover currently in the multiple £10's of millions and a forecasted 50% growth following recent acquisitions, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation.They're now looking to appoint into a newly created Group Finance Manager role. This position will play a key part in supporting the business on a range of strategic and technical projects at group level.Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the design and delivery of a centralised finance function
Preparing and consolidating monthly accounts across four legal entities
Leading on group-level cash flow forecasting and reporting
Working closely with existing management accountants, with scope to shape the structure of the finance team
Involvement in post-acquisition integration and financial oversight of new business units

The business offers:

Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus c.£5k
