Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking a proactive and professional customer  care advisor for our client based in Bridgwater.  This  role is essential in maintaining and developing product sales.Â
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries through all communication channels (email, phone, social media, etc.)
Manage the end-to-end order cycle using ERP systems, including stock availability, order placements, and delivery status updates
Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
Keep customers informed about outstanding projects and updates
Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain and Sales Managers to optimize order processing and achieve sales targets
Support the external sales team and suggest opportunities for service improvements
Key Skills :
Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Proactive, professional, and confident, with a strong sense of initiative
