Customer Care Advisor (Dutch Speaking)

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Deliver outstanding support and resolve customer queries
  • Introduce customers to a growing range of products, up-selling and cross-selling where appropriate
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company procedures
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Escalate any unresolved issues to the customer relations team
  • Work to achieve service targets and KPIs (AHT, CSAT, etc.)
  • Share customer feedback and contribute to service improvements

What we're looking for?

  • Fluency in Dutch and English - written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • A keen eye for detail and a knack for solving problems
  • The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office)
