Our client, a leading company who specialise in Debt Recovery across the UK, are looking for Customer Service Administrators to join their team based in Denton. You’ll manage your own workload, whilst using your excellent written and verbal communication skills by responding to written appeals and providing advice to customers regarding the appeals process.

Call Centre Advisor Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be responding to written appeals for private parking charge notices
  • Analysing case by case data and collating responses
  • Providing advice via the customer service phone line on how to appeal when needed
  • Prioritising tasks and managing a busy workload
  • Performing to KPI’s
  • You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

Call Centre Advisor Requirements:

  • Customer service/administration experience
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and an ability to manage your own workload
  • Problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
