- You are an experienced PA, with experience within the legal sector (personal and family experience desired)

- Assisting with diary management, making appointments, arranging meetings and tracking responses
- Taking any new client enquiries and details
- Anticipating ant arrangements for meetings i.e. itineraries, papers and profile information
- Managing emails proactively, flagging any urgent queries, checking inboxes when out of office
- Scanning mail and saving to the DMS, organising and preparing responses for solicitors and paralegals
- Completing all internal filing
- Ensuring all administrative work is completed both on and off the internal system
- Maintaining knowledge of current affairs in the office
- Dealing with clients and external stakeholders daily via telephone, email and F2F
- Drafting legal documents including letters of engagement, completing any AML checks
- Organising expense claims, paying invoices and completing any follow up processes
- Assisting with billing, as well as attending any meetings relating to this
- Sourcing travel and accommodation when required
- Liaising with various departments including finance, document production and business development
- Providing cover and assistance in other practice areas when required
- Always adhering to the business policies and procedures
