I am looking for an experienced administrator to join a small and friendly team near Tiptree. You will be based in their office working 35 hours a week to help assist the team with any admin tasks. The company are within the travel industry and they are looking for someone positive, resourceful and professional to join them.

Details/Benefits:

Main Duties:
  • Provide administrative support across departments, ensuring smooth office operations
  • Handle client correspondence and enquiries professionally via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation
  • Support tour coordinators with any pre tour requirements
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within a busy office or customer-facing environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database/CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
