Key Duties & Responsibilities:
路 Reconcile financial statements
路 Prepare, send, and store invoices
路 General administrative duties as business requires
路 Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
路 Liaising with other departments and depots
Skills & Experience Required:
路 Previous experience working within an administrative role
路 Good organisational skills
路 Good/confident telephone manner
路 Computer skills and knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel required but training will be given
路 Good communications skills, both oral and written
路 Ability to work within a small team, under pressure and at speed
