You will undertake the following responsibilities:Â
- Preparing supplier payments and reconciling invoices
- Entering sales invoices and job costing using Sage
- Processing timesheets and supporting payroll
- Chasing outstanding payments and producing reports
- Answering calls professionally and efficiently
- Using EMIR and Sage for customer and supplier records
- Creating invoices, statements, and VAT returns
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating job bookings
- Managing purchase and sales ledgers
This position is full time and fully office based.Â
