Time Appointments are working on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Ipswich who are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their ever-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating travel requirements and handling multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a mature, highly professional, and highly capable individual with excellent attention to detail, approachability, efficiency, and excellent communication skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate diaries
  • Set up meeting facilities and organise refreshment/lunches/equipment as required
  • Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements - flights, hotels, parking and transport
  • Monitor and order department stationary
  • General administrative support to departments as and when required
  • Management of department spreadsheets

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous diary management and travel coordination/bookings experience is essential
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
