The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating travel requirements and handling multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a mature, highly professional, and highly capable individual with excellent attention to detail, approachability, efficiency, and excellent communication skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate diaries
- Set up meeting facilities and organise refreshment/lunches/equipment as required
- Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements - flights, hotels, parking and transport
- Monitor and order department stationary
- General administrative support to departments as and when required
- Management of department spreadsheets
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous diary management and travel coordination/bookings experience is essential
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Able to work on own initiative
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
