A leading company in the home improvements sector, known for its luxury showrooms and premium, energy-efficient products, is seeking an energetic and upbeat Sales Consultant to join its growing team. With ambitions to double turnover within 24 months, the company is looking for a results-driven professional who can deliver exceptional customer experiences and close high-value deals across the Suffolk territory.
Role Overview
The Sales Consultant will play a key role in helping customers across the Suffolk territory enhance their homes with stylish, energy-efficient windows, doors, and extensions. Working from the luxury showroom and through in-home consultations, the Sales Consultant will design bespoke solutions, present the company's premium product range, and guide customers from initial interest through to signed contracts. The role comes with pre-qualified leads, providing a strong pipeline of opportunities to convert into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and present tailored window, door, and extension solutions to meet customer needs.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and confidently ask for the order to close sales.
- Convert pre-qualified leads into successful sales.
- Prepare detailed quotation packs and follow up with customers.
- Respond to all customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Complete sales contracts and finance agreements accurately.

- A holder of a full UK driving licence and must have own vehicle (all business fuel reimbursed).
