P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team and be responsible for driving sales, customer engagement and identifying new business opportunities on a full-time, permanent basis based in Stowmarket.
Main Responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth and motivated by targets and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Effectively negotiate terms, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and account management for all clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Work closely with the wider sales team and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects and customer orders.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong understanding and skill set of sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
