Rayment Recruitment is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join a busy Rosette Hotel and Restaurant, using the best of British produce to create a fusion of great tastes and innovative culinary delights, whatever the occasion.
This historic venue is an integral part of the Suffolk countryside, and has won numerous awards and accolades in recent times, and is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie who wants to grow and develop their skills.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a proven background within fine dining, or have worked within an AA rosette restaurant in a similar role
- Have the necessary Pastry qualifications
- Be responsible for delivering high standards and also training junior team members
- Be passionate about Pastry as you will be required to create menus for the restaurant and banqueting areas
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Have the ability to manage a small team
A car driver is essential, due to the village location.
