Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in managing customer accounts
  • Supporting sales activities and campaigns
  • Providing product information and demonstrations
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Achieving set sales targets

Experience required

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve targets and KPI’s
  • Strong sales, customer service and relationship building skills
  • A dynamic, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment and a determination to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
