Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing customer accounts
- Supporting sales activities and campaigns
- Providing product information and demonstrations
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Achieving set sales targets
Experience required
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve targets and KPI’s
- Strong sales, customer service and relationship building skills
- A dynamic, positive, and proactive attitude
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment and a determination to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
