Day-to-day of the role:- Operate machinery prior to assembly.
- Produce products to the desired specification and quality standards.
- Operate various machinery and basic power tools.
- Support other departments involving picking and preparing customer orders for delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas with a 'clean as you go' approach.
- Contribute actively to team activities and promote best working practices.
- Adhere to company Quality, Health, and Safety policies by reporting near misses, accidents, and incidents as required.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and support audits within the department.
- No prior industry experience required; full training will be provided.
- Previous production experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and sustain effective internal relationships.
- High level of resilience and drive, with the flexibility to adapt and work well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, positive "can do" attitude.
