The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a strong commitment to providing exceptional hospitality. This role involves lone working to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties

  • Food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items and equipment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
  • Participate in training sessions for new team members, sharing knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, particularly in roles related to food preparation or culinary arts.
