We are currently looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee HR operations within our Projects division, based in our Ipswich office and at various construction sites. This pivotal role involves managing HR services for a joint venture project and will develop a team dedicated to executing the people strategy, aligning with the project's strategic goals in collaboration with the Projects Senior Leadership team and joint venture partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with joint ventures and multiple organisations to establish a unified team for the project.
  • Develop and nurture a workplace culture that prioritises inclusivity, innovation, collaboration, safety, and high-performance standards.
  • Support project leaders in the strategic mobilization of resources, ensuring optimal organisational structure and staffing to meet project goals and demands.
  • Handle diverse employment terms and conditions, including arrangements for seconded employees from international Group Companies.
  • Oversee visa-related processes and management of sponsored workers.
  • Provide efficient and proactive HR services to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a standalone, generalist HR managerial role within a complex organisational setting.
  • Familiarity with managing diverse employment terms, including international employment agreements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK Visa and Immigration System.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships at all organisational levels.
  • Strong organisational and strategic planning abilities.
