An established UK law firm is seeking a Senior Risk Systems Administrator to join its Finance & Risk team in Ipswich. This role will focus on managing and improving risk-related systems, particularly around conflicts, client intake, and internal databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain conflicts and client onboarding systems (e.g. Intapp, CAMS)

  • Support users and troubleshoot system issues

  • Analyse and interpret conflict search results for legal teams

  • Drive system improvements through workflow optimisation and testing

  • Liaise with IT and service providers to manage updates and resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a system admin or data-heavy support role

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Solid IT skills, particularly with Excel and database platforms

  • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams
