Time Appointments are proud to be working on behalf of a hugely successful manufacturing and distribution company looking to recruit a brand new, exciting and challenging role due to expansion. The successful applicant will have a solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical equipment in order to deal with any maintenance and will be responsible for any Health and Safety auditing and building maintenance.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the maintenance team, which is accountable for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment and facilities through the performance of routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Skills& Experience Required:

  • Extensive demonstrable experience working in a facilities supervisory or building services role
  • Thorough technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and relevant regulations
  • Demonstrable supervisory or team leadership experience, with the ability to successfully lead and motivate individuals
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering, both plumbing and electrical
  • Experienced in managing external vendors and contractors
  • Strong IT Skills, including the use of role related software and MS applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
